THANKSGIVING ORDERS CANCELLATION POLICY
You have until November 20th at 6PM MT to request your Thanksgiving order be cancelled and refunded, or partially cancelled and refunded. To do so, please email help@freshthymes.com with your customer # (found in your confirmation email). Any requests for cancellations after November 20th at 6PM will not be honored. Thank you for understanding. If you need to add any items to your current Thanksgiving order, you can do so by placing a second online order through our store here - and we will bundle all items together for your designated pickup day and time, which you select at checkout. Thank you!

GIFT CARD POLICY
Our gift cards are non-refundable and the ONLY item we currently ship. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. At this time, shipping is only available in the United States.
