Cancellation requests are available until November 16th at 6 p.m. MST. To request your Thanksgiving order be cancelled and refunded, or partially cancelled and refunded please email help@freshthymes.com with your customer # (found in your confirmation email).
Any requests for cancellations after November 16th at 6 p.m. will not be honored. Thank you for understanding.
Need to add items to your current Thanksgiving order? Please place a second online order through our store here - and we will bundle all items together for your designated pickup day and time, which you select at checkout. Thank you!



Our gift cards are non-refundable and the ONLY item we currently ship. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. At this time, shipping is only available in the United States.
