3/6 Cooking Class: Creating Family Meals On the Fly (Focus: Improv Cooking)
This gluten-free cooking class is the third in a 5-part series called "GO WITH YOUR GUT: Learning to Cook Intuitively," held at Fresh Thymes Marketplace in central Boulder. We highly encourage you to sign up for all five classes. Not only will it be fun, but you'll also learn how to build flavor, create meals on the fly, cook with nourishing and seasonal ingredients, and trust yourself in the kitchen.
All classes are taught by the talented owner and executive chef of Fresh Thymes, Christine Ruch!
CLASS #3: Creating Family Meals On The Fly (March 6th)
Use the basics you learned from the first two classes in this series to create flavorful family meals on the fly. This class will focus on fun improv cooking from an array of fresh and fun ingredients you'll find in our fridge. At the start of class, you will "shop," choosing from ingredients in our take-out case or fridge. Then you'll assemble those ingredients to better understand how to cook and prepare dinners on the fly. Chef Christine will guide the class on how to prepare an improv meal with success. It'll be a lot of fun!
