3/20 Nutrition Class: Nourishing Ingredients for Optimal Gut Health
This gluten-free nutrition class is the fourth in a 5-part series called "GO WITH YOUR GUT: Learning to Cook Intuitively," held at Fresh Thymes Marketplace in central Boulder. We highly encourage you to sign up for all five classes. Not only will it be fun, but you'll also learn how to build flavor, create meals on the fly, cook with nourishing and seasonal ingredients, and trust yourself in the kitchen.

CLASS #4: Building Your Microbiome Naturally with Nourishing Ingredients (March 20th)
This is a discussion and learning class, not a hands-on cooking class. You'll leave better understanding the overarching themes of how your body's microbiome relates to your health and how to incorporate nourishing foods that can support your microbiome. We will discuss prebiotics, probiotics and gut health as it relates to resistant starch and fermented foods. You'll learn how to soak and sprout legume and make your own rice salad that's perfect for enhanced digestion as spring arrives.
