2/20 Cooking Class: Building Flavor When Cooking, Part 2 (Focus: Sauces & Dressings)
This gluten-free cooking class is the second in a 5-part series called "GO WITH YOUR GUT: Learning to Cook Intuitively," held at Fresh Thymes Marketplace in central Boulder. We highly encourage you to sign up for all five classes. Not only will it be fun, but you'll also learn how to build flavor, create meals on the fly, cook with nourishing and seasonal ingredients, and trust yourself in the kitchen.

CLASS #2: Building Flavor with Sauces, Dressings, Dips & Condiments (February 20th)
Learn to build flavor with simple sauces, dressing, dips and condiments. You will create a master sauce, dressing, dip and condiment - then assemble a sheet pan dinner with seasonal but lesser-known root vegetables and chicken, to pair with a simple green salad. We will learn about and discuss how to use the different root vegetables, the convenience of sheet pan suppers, different salad greens and their nutrient qualities and their health benefits. We will also create a “pan sauce” using the sheet pans our supper was cooked in.
