Cooking Classes

Ever wanted to know how Fresh Thymes develops great tasting recipes, how executive chef Christine thinks about food and nutrition, and how to actually have fun in the kitchen? Her five-part class series will focus on going with your gut - literally and figuratively as you learn how to build flavor, cook without a recipe, create soups, sauces, dressings and family meals on the fly - all while discovering the importance of feeding your microbiome for better health.



Our springtime cooking classes are part of a 5-part series called "GO WITH YOUR GUT: Learning to Cook Intuitively," held at Fresh Thymes Marketplace in central Boulder. We highly encourage you to sign up for all five classes. Not only will it be fun, but you'll also learn how to build flavor, create meals on the fly, cook with nourishing and seasonal ingredients, and trust yourself in the kitchen. 

Students will get the option to sign up for a sixth class, a culinary showcase, to be held in early May. It'll be a culmination of each student's intuitive cooking experience in which we'll prepare a meal together in celebration.
